Welcome to Rent ATLR! Your one-stop destination to shop our ATLR Paris closet throughout the year. 

When talking designer kids fashion, the number one question we get is "but don't they grow out of it in a year?" And the answer is, well of course! We totally understand that it's not possible for everyone to buy a new coat every single year, or to buy a new dress for every birthday or holiday. Our solution? Rent and return for a fraction of the price!

For winter coats, rent for up to 4 months (the bulk of the winter season) and send it back to us to get cleaned and ready for the next renter! For occasionwear, rent for a week (or more!) and send it back for the same pristine cleaning treatment. Leave the washing to us!

Can I extend, adjust, or cancel my rental?

If you reach out to us in time, definitely! We pick and pack your rental 5-6 days before your rental period begins, so please email us at info@atlrparis.com if you'd like to alter or cancel your order. If you'd like to extend your rental period, please reach out to us at least 2 days before your ship-back date so that we can adjust your rental cost.

If one or all of the styles in your order doesn’t fit, you can get a replacement for $15 (shipping both ways + tax) within two days of receiving your rental. After that time, we are unable to provide a replacement.

Can you help with measurements / styling?

Absolutely! We get it - kids come in all shapes and sizes, no matter their age! Please reach out by emailing us at info@atlrparis.com. We can take measurements and provide outfit and styling ideas for every occasion!

Using the pre-paid label provided with your shipment, ship your items back to our offices in NYC for cleaning and refurbishment! 

I lost my return label and / or my return form. What do I do?

Not a problem! E-mail us at info@atlrparis.com and we will send you a new form and label. Please do not sent your return back without the form enclosed.

When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on renting that style no longer can.

​Returns must be dropped off with the shipping carrier noted on your return label by 12pm on or before the return date specified in your order. You are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return, so we suggest not leaving your return with a friend, doorman, or mailroom.

Late fees of up to $30 per day will be charged to your card on file for each item that is not returned on time.

If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return, and you will be charged full price for the item.

Definitely! Each rental has a life cycle based on materials and number of times rented. Reach out to us and we will let you know what the new price would be to keep your garment. For example, if a coat has a life cycle of 4 rentals, and you are the 4th renter, you will receive a great discount on your purchase (we're talking up to 70% off!) If you're the first renter, the item will be full price.

What happens if I lose or damage an item?

We get it - kids are kids! We will take care of minor stains in our washing process. Major damage (rips, paint stains, significant loss of beading or lace), lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged the full retail price plus tax for the item.

We follow the cleaning guidelines to-the-T for each piece. Whether that means dry cleaning, spot cleaning, or steam cleaning, we're on it! Each piece you rent will smell and feel like a new garment. Each piece will also be in a fresh garment bag and arrive wrapped and ready to wear.

Can I alter or hem my rental? Can I cut out the tags?

Please do not remove any tags on the inside of your garment (they have a special code on them that tracks the rental!) We also do not allow for any alterations on rentals. If you need to size up or down, just email us within 2 days of receiving your garment and we will send you a new size if available.

If you're renting long-term (like a winter coat) you can have it dry cleaned while you have it (or follow the specified cleaning instructions for the coat.) If you're unsure of how it should be cleaned, reach out! We can help.

If you're renting short-term (like an occasionwear dress), please do not clean it on your own. We will take care of it for you!

You are free to cancel your order before your rental day starts.

We prepare your order and deliver it to the address you entered when placing your order. 

The products are cleaned after the rental. 

Don't forget to return your items after the rental ends.
